Your personal data is processed and protected by the company CRUIZEER s.r.o. with registered office at Kladnianska 72, 82105, Bratislava - Ružinov district, ID number: 52 130 266, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava I District Court, section: s.r.o., file no.: 134829/B. According to the wording of the current law, the company CRUIZEER s.r.o. has the status of an operator.

2. How and what personal data we process

In order for us to operate the online store effectively and to bring you competitions, deliver news, send goods and perform other actions necessary for the operation of the online store, we need to collect certain personal data from you. We respect your privacy and therefore only process data that is necessary for the performance of our activities in accordance with effective laws and regulations. We process your personal data for 3 main reasons:

  • For concluding sales contracts, the subject of which is the sale, purchase and delivery of goods from our online store. It primarily deals with the processing of orders and related information, such as name and surname, delivery address, invoicing, tax documents, etc.

This means including the period during which you have the right to file a complaint (for exact details, see Complaints Procedure). If the contract is terminated, we will no longer store your personal data, unless there is another legal basis that would give reason to process your personal data.
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations , your data is processed for the period determined by effective legal regulations
  • Your and our legitimate interests, data are processed for the duration of the legitimate interest
  • Your consent , we will process your personal data for the period for which you have given us consent. If you cancel your consent prematurely, we will no longer process your personal data. In the case of promotions, the terms and duration of consent are specified in the terms of the promotion.

  • The right to access personal data - you have the right to request information from us on whether and how we process your personal data, especially why we process your data, what data we process, to whom the data may be or will be provided, how long we will process your data, etc. .
  • The right to correct personal data - you have the right to request the correction of data that was entered incorrectly or incompletely
  • The right to delete personal data - you have the right to delete your personal data unless they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were obtained and/or processed, you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for their processing, they have been processed illegally, they must be deleted according to the law of the Slovak Republic or the law of the European Union or you object to the processing of personal data, which is carried out on the legal basis of public interest or legitimate interest and no legal reasons for their processing prevail
  • The right to restrict the processing of personal data - you have the right to have your personal data processed only for necessary legal reasons
  • The right to portability of personal data - you have the right to ask us to provide your personal data to another operator as long as this processing of personal data is based on your consent
  • Right to withdraw consent - you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time
  • The right to ineffectiveness of automated individual decision-making - you have the right to request that individual decision-making be ineffective against you
